Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: As per candidate’s experience and profile

Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 10 year
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)

Job Summary
We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural design, project execution, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in conceptual design, CAD tools, project management, and architectural visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and designs aligned with client requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Conduct client meetings to understand design goals, budget, and project expectations.
- Prepare project timelines, schedules, and execution plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and internal teams for project execution.
- Coordinate design details, material specifications, and structural requirements.
- Develop physical or digital architectural scale models for presentations.
- Present designs, renderings, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor on-site construction to ensure alignment with approved designs.
- Resolve design issues or modifications during the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on modern architectural design trends, materials, and techniques.
- Implement sustainable and innovative design principles.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documents.
- Assist in securing necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
- Mentor junior architects, interns, and design team members.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in architecture, design development, and project management.
Industry Preference
Architecture, Drafting, Machining, or related fields.
