Maadhu Creatives, Mumbai’s leading miniature model making company, is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.
In this crucial role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department, playing a vital role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You’ll ensure our HR practices are not only compliant but also contribute to a positive and engaging company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee training and development programs to empower and equip our employees with the skills they need to succeed.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment where employees feel valued and supported.
We’re looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- A commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
