Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing project workflows, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with high quality. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage ongoing projects from start to completion

• Act as a communication bridge between clients, designers, and production teams

• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and documentation

• Handle client communication with clear and professional commercial language

• Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of all project stages

• Maintain organized records of project updates and activities

• Support planning and execution of new and existing projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good understanding of commercial/business communication

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to create professional and impactful presentations

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
