Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead and manage the overall marketing activities of the company. The candidate will be responsible for planning marketing strategies, generating leads, managing branding activities, handling client communication strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring strong market presence for the company. 

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking ability, excellent communication, and experience in handling both online and offline marketing activities. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement overall marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

• Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing activities.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

• Create strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.

Brand Management

• Maintain and enhance company branding and market positioning.

• Ensure all marketing materials follow company standards and identity.

• Supervise content creation, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing

• Oversee social media platforms, website updates, and online campaigns.

• Monitor SEO, paid advertisements, and digital promotions.

• Analyze digital campaign performance and generate reports.

Client & Business Development Support

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for client presentations and proposals.

• Support business development activities through marketing initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors.

Team Management

• Lead and manage the marketing team.

• Assign KRAs, tasks, and deadlines to team members.

• Monitor team performance and ensure timely execution of work.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track marketing performance metrics and ROI.

• Prepare regular reports for management review.

• Analyze competitor activities and industry trends.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with internal departments for project requirements.

• Ensure smooth communication between marketing and operations teams.

• Participate in management meetings and strategic discussions.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing

• Experience in handling teams and marketing operations

• Experience in branding, digital marketing, and business development preferred
