Job Summary

Where Ideas Take Shape and Vision Leads 

We are looking for a highly imaginative and idea-driven Creative Head who can bring fresh thinking, innovative concepts, and strong visual direction to our projects.

This role is ideal for someone from a creative background, such as advertising, exhibition design, interior design, event design, visual merchandising, film/art direction, branding, set design, architecture, or creative production.

The candidate should be passionate about creativity, capable of generating unique ideas, and able to lead concept development from imagination to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, themes, and innovative ideas for projects

• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative direction

• Work closely with design and production teams to transform ideas into reality

• Research creative trends, materials, and visual styles for new concepts

• Create mood boards, presentations, references, and conceptual directions

• Guide teams on aesthetics, detailing, and overall creative quality

• Explore new approaches for fabrication, presentation, and storytelling

• Solve creative challenges with out-of-the-box thinking

• Contribute to branding, client presentations, and visual communication ideas

• Ensure all projects maintain a high level of creativity and visual impact

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong creative thinking and idea-generation ability

• Background in any creative industry or creative production environment

• Excellent visualization and conceptual skills

• Passion for design, innovation, and experimentation

• Ability to understand aesthetics, proportions, colors, and materials

• Strong communication and team coordination skills

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
