Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and building a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation systems

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

• Lead performance management and appraisal processes

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies

• Collaborate with management for workforce planning and organizational development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of proven experience in HR management

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws

• Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or the creative industry

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Expertise in team management and conflict resolution

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA in Human Resources or a relevant qualification preferred

• Practical industry experience will be given priority
