Job Description

The Tender & Bid Development Specialist will
fully own and drive the company’s end-to-end B2B and B2G business procurement
pipeline. This dual-focused role requires tracking, preparing, and winning
major commercial contracts from Private Corporate/International Developers
alongside strategic bids from Indian Government Authorities and Public
Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Government Sector Bidding (B2G)
- Scan
e-procurement platforms daily (GeM portal, CPP Portal, and State
e-Tenders) for museum displays, architectural replicas, smart-city
layouts, and industrial training model requirements.
- Complete
all statutory compliance verification, security clearances, and
non-disclosure documents (NDAs).
- Coordinate
digital signatures (DSC tokens), process tender fees, set up Earnest
Money Deposits (EMD), and handle smooth online file uploads ahead of
tight system deadlines.
- Research,
draft, and track formal technical clarification requests during pre-bid
meetings with public procurement officers.
2. Commercial & International Pitching (B2B)
- Track
high-value Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations
(RFQs) issued by large-scale real estate developers, marine engineering
firms, and mega-exhibition curators (e.g., Dubai/GCC projects).
- Structure
and write highly compelling corporate presentation decks, executive
profiles, and creative methodology statements that demonstrate Maadhu
Creatives’ advanced manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop
custom technical narratives highlighting the structural integration of
automated mechanisms, motorized parts, and custom LED lighting schemes
within our models.
3. Technical Costing & Estimate Structuring
- Review
client 2D/3D CAD layouts, elevation sketches, and scaling terms (e.g.,
1:100 to 1:500 macro master plans) alongside our Design Team
Leads and Workshop Project Managers.
- Formulate
precise, itemized cost estimates covering premium materials (acrylics,
specialized resins, wood composites), production machine hours, custom
structural flight packaging, and international freight logistics.
4. Post-Bid Lifecycle Management
- Monitor,
analyze, and report on competitor financial opening trends and historical
pricing data to optimize future win rates.
- Assist
senior leadership during final financial negotiations and oversee clean
documentation handovers to the production workshop once contracts are
finalized.
Required Candidate Profile
Education & Domain Background
- Education:
Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture (B.Arch),
Production/Industrial Design, or a related Business Administration field.
- Experience:
2 to 5 years of proven, balanced experience developing technical bids for both
public government tenders and private enterprise clients. Experience in
architecture, high-end fabrication, exhibition stalls, or turnkey interior
styling is highly preferred.
Technical & Platform Skills
- Portal
Operations: Advanced hands-on proficiency with the Government
e-Marketplace (GeM) and Central Public Procurement (CPP) portals.
- Plan
Interpretation: Solid literacy in reading and evaluating 2D
architectural site plans, sectional views, and spatial scale ratios.
- Software
Competence: Advanced command of MS Excel for building detailed dynamic
pricing models.
Communication Strengths
- Flawless
English: Exceptional professional English copywriting and
documentation skills to build sleek, articulate proposals free of
structural or grammatical errors.
- Collaboration:
Confident interpersonal skills to gather technical specs from internal
industrial design units and talk smoothly with corporate client
procurement leads.
