Maadhu Creatives is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive for Architectural Scale Models and 3D Visualization Projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling client relationships, preparing proposals, and converting inquiries into successful projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to understand client requirements related to architectural models, miniature models, real estate presentations, and visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in real estate, architecture, construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

• Connect with architects, developers, consultants, marketing agencies, and project owners.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

• Coordinate with design and production teams for project execution.

• Handle client follow-ups, negotiations, and project discussions professionally.

• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Track industry trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain CRM records and regular sales reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.

• Ability to understand technical project requirements.

• Self-motivated with strong sales closing skills.

• Knowledge of architectural drawings, layouts, or 3D visualization is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior, Exhibition, or Model Making industry preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in architectural model making or 3D visualization industry.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and architectural terminology.
