Maadhu Creatives is expanding, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy interacting with clients, managing multiple tasks, and being part of an innovative industry like 3D printing, this opportunity is for you.
In this role, you will act as a key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and excellent customer experience.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and client inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Prepare and share accurate quotations for 3D printing services (FDM, SLA, SLS)
- Follow up with clients for approvals and order confirmations
- Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and update CRM/database for leads, customers, and orders
- Generate invoices and handle order-related documentation
- Track sales activities and prepare regular reports
- Provide basic technical guidance to clients regarding our services
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer handling
- Basic understanding of 3D printing is an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or technical service industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and client conversion skills
