Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Head to lead our financial department. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our financial planning, corporate accounting, budgeting, and compliance. As a vital part of our leadership team, you will provide the financial insights necessary to optimize project profitability and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Formulate long-term financial strategies, forecast revenue, and conduct risk analysis to support company expansion.
• Budgeting & Job Costing: Develop and manage annual corporate budgets. Implement precise project/job costing models to track profit margins on unique manufacturing and fabrication projects.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounts, ledger maintenance, payroll management, and vendor payments.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize working capital, accounts receivable, and cash flow cycles to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with relevant statutory laws, corporate taxation policies, GST, and audit requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the executive leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics. Professional certification like CA (Chartered Accountant), ICWA, or MBA in Finance is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of robust financial management experience, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or project-based creative studio environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel and industry-standard accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems).
• Core Competencies: Strong command over job-costing, financial compliance, corporate taxation, and internal auditing.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and clear communication skills.
