Senior Digital Marketing Manager for Brand Growth & Lead Generation 

Job Description

Maadhu Creatives is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company’s digital marketing operations, online branding, and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing result-oriented marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, improve online engagement, and support overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, social media management, analytics, and content strategy. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills who can manage multiple campaigns, optimize digital performance, and drive measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and strengthen brand positioning.

• Plan and manage SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and online lead generation campaigns.

• Identify market trends, customer behavior, and new digital growth opportunities.

• Improve website traffic, online engagement, and conversion rates.

Performance Marketing

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid marketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, and lead quality.

• Execute remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization strategies.

• Analyze campaign data and improve performance through strategic planning.

SEO & Content Management

• Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization.

• Coordinate with content writers and designers for SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and promotional content.

• Ensure strong search engine visibility and organic traffic growth.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and manage digital marketing, SEO, and content teams.

• Coordinate with designers, developers, and sales teams for campaign execution.

• Review marketing performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.

• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and digital activities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor website analytics, campaign insights, and lead generation performance.

• Prepare monthly marketing reports and growth analysis.

• Track KPIs, conversion rates, and digital marketing effectiveness.

• Present campaign performance and strategic plans to management.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.

• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing tools.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to manage high-budget campaigns and multiple digital platforms.

• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 6–10 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, or Brand Management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in architecture, creative industries, manufacturing, real estate, exhibition, or related sectors preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, website optimization, and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
